Outlook – Video #3 Setting Rules For Email

When you are getting 50 – 100 email per day, it is a good thing.  If a high percentage of those email are from prospects and customers, it is a good thing.  When you start getting 500 – 1000 email per day, you inbox will start to look very unruly indeed.

If you don’t create rules for all of your important contacts, you run the risk of losing important email from customers or prospects.  This can cost you in credibility and sales.

I create folders & set rules for every customer and prospect to avoid this issue.  Here is a quick video showing the process of setting up rules for your email.
