Outlook – Video #4 Sending Your Contact Card
When dealing with prospects and customers, I like to have as much information as possible. Here is a way that you can have people in you downline and customer base send you their details with ease.
It pays to keep detailed notes on all of your customers and prospects. I use offline marketing to follow up with people in my organization as well as customers. Detailed notes on birthdays, anniversaries, spouses’ names, children’s names and other personal information allows me to send cards to those people and let them know that I appreciate them. This has a profound effect on your business.
Another very nice feature in Outlook Contacts is the ability to add peoples photos to their contact card. This means every time you get email from someone, you also see their photo in the top right hand corner of the email. This helps build an image of the person in your mind every time you see their email.
Here is a short video demonstrating how to do this.
